- 2 eggs
- 1 bagel, sliced
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp butter
Melt the butter on a low heat in a non-stick frying pan.
Break an egg into the center of each bagel and cook for 2-3 minutes for the desired doneness.
Put the maple syrup into the pan and cook for 1 minute, then pour over the eggs.
Accompany with fresh fruit and serve immediately.
